Shipping policy

We ship from the United Kingdom.

As of August 2025, we ship worldwide, including to the EU/EEA.

If you would like to order from a country we don't currently ship to, please contact us, as we might be able to set up shipping to your country. 

UK shipping services

  • Royal Mail Second Class: Default shipping method Letter size (stickers only orders up to 20 sheets) and Large Letter size under £20 in value.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: Available to choose on orders £25 or above in value.
  • FREE DELIVERY (Tracked 48): Orders £40 or above in value.

Please notice that our processing times are 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday) and that shipping times may take longer in busier periods or for other reasons out of our control. 

EU Shipping services

  • Royal Mail International standard (NOT TRACKED): default orders up to £20 in value (can be upgraded to tracked).
  • Royal Mail international TRACKED: orders £20 and above in value.
  • FREE TRACKED SHIPPING: Orders £60 and above in value.

Please note that the default shipping method for small orders (under £25) is NOT tracked. Upgrading to tracked shipping is available. 

USA shipping services (for taxes, see below)

  • Royal Mail International standard (NOT TRACKED): default orders up to £20 in value (can be upgraded to tracked).
  • Royal Mail international TRACKED: orders £20-£69.99 in value.
  • FREE TRACKED SHIPPING: Orders £70 and above in value.

Rest of the world shipping services

  • Royal Mail International standard (NOT TRACKED): default orders up to £20 in value (can be upgraded to tracked).
  • Royal Mail international TRACKED: orders £20-£59.99 in value.
  • FREE TRACKED SHIPPING: Orders £60 and above in value.

VAT, taxes and import duties 

Orders from the USA: as from 29 August 2025, the new 10% tariff came into force and is now applicable to all your orders from the UK, regardless of value. In order to keep your shopping experience as smooth as possible, this tax is calculated and collected automatically at the time of purchase. Please note that buyers remain responsible for any other fee that might be charged by their government or local carrier. 

Orders from the EU: From August 2025, VAT for EU countries is included in the prices displayed on the website and collected at the time of purchase. Please be aware that, even in this case, other charges might be applied by governments and/or couriers and they are the responsibility of the buyer.

International orders may be liable to Import Duty, Tax or VAT. By ordering from us, you agree to be responsible for the payment of any such charges, when imposed by your country's government.

If you refuse to pay VAT/Duty/Tax imposed by your county's government and thereby prevent delivery of your order, you will remain liable of the purchase price of the products and any Import Duty/Tax/VAT or penalty imposed by your government.

Please note that if, as a consequence of your refusal to pay custom duties, your order is returned to us, your refund will exclude shipping costs and you will incur in a custom admin fee (up to £5). Only goods that are returned to us in sellable condition will be eligible for any refund.

Combining orders

Please note that order combining is possible only for orders where tax/VAT has NOT been collected at checkout. This excludes all orders from the EU and USA.
