Changing your mind

If, after placing an order, you wish to cancel it, contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Cancellation is possible only before the order has been shipped.

Please contact us before initiating a return. Once we have acknowledged your return, you might return items in as new condition within 14 days of receipt. Please note that you must cover the postage cost (using a tracked service is recommended).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging (stickers unused, washi tapes still in their plastic wrap etc.). If items that are not in as new condition, it may not be possible to issue a refund. 

Once your return is received and inspected we'll contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not, and credit your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

If an item you purchased was on sale, or purchased with a discount voucher, then we will only refund the amount that you paid (and not the amount the item was listed for).

If you haven't received a refund yet where we have told you we have issued one, please check your bank account or card statement to make sure it hasn't been received and then contact your bank as some banks or card companies take a number of days to credit your account.

Faulty/wrong items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if any of the items is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate your case and do our best to make it right.

We always do our best to provide high quality items and describe them accurately. However, if item you received was faulty it was not as described, please contact us first before requesting a refund as we may be able to resolve your problem to your satisfaction.

If we have sent the wrong items, or the order is missing something, please contact us as soon as possible and we will offer a replacement or refund.

If we have sent you the wrong items, we might require to return the unwanted goods to us, and we will refund reasonable postage cost.


Undeliverable/unclaimed items

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that:

  • The shipping address provided is full and correct;
  • They are able to receive their delivery, either in person, at a designated safe space or by arranging a re-delivery or collecting the order as indicated by your local carrier.

Should your order be returned to us by the carrier for any reason, including, but not limited to: incorrect/incomplete address, refused delivery, unclaimed item, you will need to pay for it to be re-sent. Alternatively, you may request a refund, but we would be able to refund only the cost of the products and not the shipping cost.
