Where do you ship from?
We ship from the United Kingdom.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship worldwide we the exception of the EU/EEA. We are looking into ways of achieving compliance with new regulations that will enable us to resume selling to EU/EEA. In the meantime, our Etsy shop still ships worldwide, including EU/EEA countries.
What are your processing times?
In normal circumstances, I will process an order in 3-5 business days. It could be slightly longer at busier times.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies. These are the times indicated by Royal Mail for the various services:
- Second Class: 2-3 business days
- Tracked 48: within 2 business days
- International standard: 5-7 business days
- International tracked: 5-7 business days
However, we have found these estimates to be VERY optimistic, especially for international orders. International orders can take anything from 5-15 days.
Please bear in mind that I do my best to process the order quickly, however, shipping times are out of my control and they can take significantly longer in busy periods or due to a variety of factors.
Do you combine orders?
Yes, as long as your first order has not shipped. If you forgot to add something to your order, just place another order as soon as possible and let me know you would like to combine them. If your order hasn't been processed yet, I will combine your items in one order and I will refund the excess postage.
Where is my order?
If your shipping method was 2nd class or international standard, there is no tracking associated with them, so, unfortunately, we cannot give you any information about where it is.
If your order was shipped with tracking, you may track it on the Royal Mail website using the tracking number provided, or, once international orders have left the UK, on the website of your country's postal system or a general parcel tracking website.
Please note, we only have access to the same tracking information as you do.
Is my order lost?
Your order qualifies as lost if you have not received it after a certain number of business days, depending on the service used.
Second class: 13 business days
Tracked 48: 13 business days
International standard: 25 business days
International tracked: 25 business days
In the unlikely event that, after the time specified above has elapsed, you still have not received your order, then it is considered lost. It might still turn up, but you are now eligible to a replacement order or a full refund. Please contact us to let us know which solution you prefer.
Please note that if the lost order was placed during a sale, you are only eligible for a full refund of the price paid when you ordered (not the price at the time of the replacement). Similarly, if some of the items of the original order are out of stock, replacement will not be possible and a refund will be issued.
Can I cancel my order?
Short answer: if I haven't dispatched it, yes; If I have dispatched it, you can return it at your expenses. For full details, see our Refund Policy.
Where is your artwork from?
All artwork featured in our products (stickers, washi tapes, accessories etc.) is original and hand drawn by Agnese Foresti of Salam Creative.
Where else can I purchase your product?
At the moment, nowhere else.
